I spent most of the day doing some small repairs around the house and yard work so I didn't have time to make anything from scratch, but I had some bacon wrapped medallions in the fridge to use up so it worked out:

I had two each large beef and turkey medallions.  The four smaller ones were chicken.

I also put asparagus and garlic bread on the grill as well to finish out an easy one grill, no dishes meal for a friend and I this evening.  We both had seriously busy days and were exhausted.  The food hit the spot perfectly.

I've seen bacon wrapped filets before but not the chicken or turkey.  They all look tasty.  Also my favorite to roast asparagus !

The beef ones are the most common for sure but chicken tournedos are pretty common where I live.  One of the grocery stores used to sell huge bags of them for cheap and they were great but I haven't seen any deals like that in a long time.  I've only seen the turkey ones in the last couple of years.
