Kellee Did The Cookin Today

My wife said today that she wanted to cook her country style ribs - on one of our grills. I told her to pick ANY grill we have. We have a few. She chose Marilyn, our tried and true Glen Blue 26” kettle. She set up the grill with SNS and DNG, we put a Bluetooth thermometer on it and she cooked a wonderful dinner. Totally her method, she said she required a big chunk of pecan and B&B briquettes. 4 - 5 hour cook, home made keto friendly sauce with seared ribs at the end. These were nothing short of amazing.

Thanks guys, we do have a lot of fun cooking together..... Did some chicken leg quarters yesterday - I cooked this time and she did the sides. Love this time of year and summertime cooking out.
