How long did you cook those short ribs?
That’s one cut I’ve never nailed good.
They were thin so I just seared them on both sides and left it a little pink in the middle. This was just Sea Salt, Pepper and some Granulated Garlic. The short ribs were on sale so it was a last minute addition to dinner. But if we catch them ahead of time, my family loves when I marinate them in teriyaki sauce and throw them on the grill. It’s a Korean style called Kal Bi. Pretty popular in Hawaii. Haven’t met anyone yet who doesn’t love it.
