All looks grate for sure!  Veggies and steak look tasty and that Glen Blue looks like it gets front row seat at most of your cooks -- nicely seasoned I'm sure.  What is your source for tri tip?  I can't seem to find it anywhere.

We got lucky when a friend was in town who had access to restaurant depot near us, I bought 6 of them LOL

Robert, they are not, but I need to do those we like them. They were just small potatoes I roasted with the vegetables then smashed and seared in the cast iron skillet for some added texture, they were really good !
