Haven’t grilled out for over a month. Filets and lobster! Happy New Year Everyone!

Super easy. I cut the raw tails in half, mostly separate the meat from the shell, otherwise they can be tough to get out later, and hit them all around with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then direct heat, flipping after a few minutes. Probe check them for at least 140F and they’re done. Best lobster I’ve ever had.
