I haven't used these old baskets in a while, but they got the job done just fine, even with a mix of briquets on the Performer. Chicken thighs seasoned with Oak Ridge Santa Maria and just a couple applewood chips for a light/late smoke. Mashed taters with chives, m&c, and desert.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Very nice! Thighs are my favorite.

I have not used my baskets in forever. It's been either the Vortex or the Skyflame

That chicken looks great. I am going to grill chicken this week. I like the ideas.
🇺🇲 🥃There is always a good time to grill.

Love doing chicken. Using the Vortex makes it foolproof. Looks like the baskets work equally well.
