I was reading the " what's on the grill today" forum and was wondering what rub was put on those 10 lb boston butts. I suppose I could have asked, but there are so many interesting things to read here and I got sidetracked.
I'm generally a salt and pepper guy for chicken might put Kraft bbq sauce on it and steaks are marinaded in lemon juice and garlic. I picked up a pork loin was on sale for 1.99 lb. Usually I cut a few pork chops off and grill the rest with s&p. There has to be a better taste. Anyone uses liquid sauces their comments are also welcomed here.
