Doing sliders. Hamburger ones, and some with salami/pepperoni. Did a pan of ground beef in the SmokeFire seasoned with Meat Church Holy Gospel, and Fire Smoke Black n Tan. Made a pan of Mac n cheese, and a Buffalo chicken dip. And some cheddar Johnsonville brats. There bean dip, and homemade beans too.
