Beer brats
« on: June 30, 2022, 04:55:05 PM »
Grabbed a few brats from the store. Chopped two big purple onions. Put the brats in a skillet, then dumped a bottle of Guinness Stout in the brats and let ‘em go for a good half hour on the stove turning once. Pan fried the onion and garlic until translucent. Dumped the onion and garlic in with the brats for a few, then took the brats to my gasser for a few grill marks. Back in the pan on low. Smells good. Wife making fries to go with.
