I've been looking for a rotisserie for a while and found a good deal on Facebook marketplace this weekend. I had to take it for a spin and wow, I've been missing out! Peruvian Chicken on the rotisserie was delicious!

Thanks Rob! It turned out better than expected and was super easy. Will definitely be using it regularly.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Suggest trying some potato chunks or sweet potato chunks in the catch pan under the chicken on your next cook. You may have to brown the taters under a broiler, depending on how hot/fast you cook the chicken. They are good that way if you like your taters smoked.

That sounds delicious! Will do that next time. Thanks for tip.

Never done this before. Is a home spun rotisserie chicken really that much better than store bought? For $5.75, a fully cooked rotisserie chicken can be purchased. I can't even buy a raw chicken for that price!

Plus factor in the time, the cooking fuel, and...the mess to clean up!

The ones we have bought at the local supermarkets have always been excellent. Very moist, tender and tasty.
