Chili Lime Garlic Wings following Sam The Cooking Guy's recipe from last week. Cooked on the Weber performer with slow n sear. I've come to find out lump charcoal works best for getting the skin nice and crispy. They were Plum delicious!

Fantastic! Did you cook to 165 F internal temp? How long did the cook take?

I usually take wings up to 180 at least so they come off the bone easily and are still juicy. With the lump and being cut up they took about 30 minutes. It was a great weeknight meal!
