My kids used to like me doing bbq for their parties until about 15, then they started whining about how we do that every year....I told them more people = more gifts...their loss. Those ribs look absolutely amazing...I'm a dry rub guy, but I would try those in a heartbeat!

Thanks. It's an interesting recipe that starts with a dry rub of Chinese 5 spice, paprika and garlic.  Then hit with the sauce the last hour.

Please post the whole recipe as I am a dry rub guy on ribs also but I also love Asian flavors not mention I have 4 racks of ribs that are dying to jump on the grill.
And what all are the sauces on the table also.
Fantastic cook great looking table setting. Impressive.

The recipe is from amazing ribs.com.  If you've never seen this site, check it out. It's one of the most informative sites I've come across.

I did alter slightly by adding garlic power and additional five-spice to the rub.  Additionally, I use a southern hot honey for a little kick (1/2 hot and 1/2 clover) and increased the sesame oil to taste.

I also skipped using mayo as a binder.

The sesame seeds were sprinkled on the ribs the last five minutes of the cook and then garnished with green onions.

I quadrupled this recipe for 3 racks and had some left over for the table. The other items shown were Mac-n-cheese and rice. And a decent local Pilsner from Hardywood.

Thanks for sharing cigarman. I've been wanting to look up some kind of Asian twist to pork and this looks like my next project
