A fine Arizona style pork shoulder. On the ssp indirect, with a couple chunks of cherry. Rubbed with yellow mustard, Meat Church Honey Hog Hot, and Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub for color. On the grill approximately 5-6 hours. Then I to the crock pot on high. I know that's kind of cheating, but company coming in a couple hours.

Looks great!

I finish stuff in the oven all the time.  After you wrap, a BTU is a BTU.

Correct, for any wrapped meat. We do this with ribs all the time. Our last pork shoulder was on the smoker for 9 hours, and then in the oven for 3 hours.

I tried a little of the outer bark when it went t in the crockpot...very yummy.
