New Year’s Eve Rib Roast Cook

That looks amazing! My son bought me a rotisserie thing for Christmas. It hasn’t arrived yet, but I’m excited to try it out.
Whisk this isn’t out of the box…slice it thin make roast beef sandwiches. Do the grilled cheese style. You could chop it up and make carne asada quesadilla, tacos, or burritos. Beef stroganoff? A nice beefy soup?

Great ideas, thanks!  Have fun with that rotisserie.  You’ll be happy with the results.

Final chapter, 13 thin slices, ends cubed and ribs all in vacuum packs and into the freezer for winter eats.
