Got a really warm evening for Mid-December in Michigan. Thought I would put my new found stash of Jealous Devil to good use and grill some snow crab that was on sale. Forgot how neat JD looks at night in a chimney!

I do right around 20/30 min at about 375/400° indirect with a few min at the end right over the high heat to finish them.  Make sure you turn them evenly every so often or the meat will stick to the shells.
