SmokeFire set at 225. Going to do my best not to move it. On at 930pm. Wrapped at 630am. Stalled around 5. Holy Cow and Holy Gospel rubbed.

Results are acceptable. I think the flat got a little to done, was hard to cut, and kind of fell apart a little when cutting. The point and juice was/is the best!
