Did this last evening. Mustard and the two rubs you see. Sliced thin for gyros, or French dip today or tomorrow.

How long was it on the grill? What was the kettle temp? What internal temp did you cook to?

Lol so I put it on with a charcoal starter full of kingsford. About an hour or two, it was still at 85-90 internal so I put another chimney in it an an hour later it was between 130-145 internal. So I pulled it off. Not sure what temp was inside kettle. I honestly don’t pay too close attention to temp gauges unless I’m probing meat, or the SmokeFire.
