On Saturday afternoon I saw a yellow posted on CL, I reached out and inquired and was ghosted, until Sunday when I woke up to see an email saying I could come after 11 AM.  Crap, I was booked all day, I asked if I could come on Monday afternoon, it is not close but I had a football draft in the area so it would work out.  He agreed and took the ad down.  Today I took a half day to take care of some errands(being buying a grill and picking up one from a friend who gave me one) and make sure i had enough time to get the yellow and make it to the draft.  Then I get an PM from Weber Kettle Club asking me if I could agent a yellow kettle in my area, a Mike had recommended me, mind you, i was driving and not supposed to be reading email so I immediate got very confused as the person I was buying my yellow from, his name is Mike.
OK, I pull off the road and actually read the email and realize this grill is DIFFERENT from mine in a different area.  What 2 yellows in the same region for sale in the wild?  Mind you, I have the metro Detroit area blanketed and there have been less than a handful that I have seen for sale.
I call the person get the details, it is a ways from my house BUT slightly on the way to where I will be for my draft and picking up the other yellow, so I have the person see if I can pick it up this afternoon, yup.  So I travel all around Gods green earth to pick up kettles and draft.  Congrats to the person getting the grill, this is a very nice one, it's the one on the left, mine are the 2 on the right.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.
