Man it's hot outside.... Nice time to take advantage of the ease of grilling on my '97 Genesis last night.  Turned out really good and the beer was a necessity!

Absolutely!  This is how we marinate and grill chicken most anytime we’re doing breasts.  We usually put the chicken in a gallon zip lock with marinade for an hour before a direct heat cook on the grill.  Perfect for gassers or even better over charcoal at medium heat, not crazy hot or the sugars in the marinade will burn.

Best chicken marinade

Ingredients
    •    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    •    1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
    •    1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    •    1 Tablespoon molasses
    •    1/3 cup olive oil
    •    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    •    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    •    1 teaspoon onion powder
    •    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    •    1/4 teaspoon thyme optional
    •    1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    •    2 teaspoons dried parsley
    •    1 Tablespoon dried oregano
    •    Salt to taste

Awesome, this one doesn’t disappoint.  Wife reminded me to mention chicken in bag in fridge with marinade….. Have fun Tuesday and enjoy!
