First Cajun bandit roti cook

First cook on the Cajun roti. Pork loin rubbed in rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, mustard and thyme. Bacon strips tied on, and basted in duck fat. Applewood chunks and weekend warrior lump with a KB base.
Will follow up later with finished pics

Done
Fired up the SJG
Dropped the heat and added another Applewood chunk and did lightly smoked broccoli. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cheese.
Broccoli done.
With skewered vegetables on the SJG and drippings carrots.

Man, that looks great, Ed!! I love my roti too and it sure does great pork loin. I'll have to try the carrots next time too. Thanks for sharing!
