The appetizers are actually fish stick for the Baja fish tacos. I like to deepsix my own, but in a pinch I buy these and sprinkle some Mexican seasoning like siete mares or carne asada and bake them for a little while. They come out really tasty. The other one in the bowl is corn. After the corn was prepared I cut it off the cob and added some seasoning along with a little crumbles cotija cheese.
Sorry I didn't tell anything about the cooks, but I was really tired and wanted to share them.
