I know…it’s chicken with Holy Cow on it. [emoji51] Watched the dude from meat church do this. Spatchcocked two whole fryers. On the SmokeFire for 1.5 hour at 375, then another 15-20 at 425. Whipped up some Alabama bbq sauce. Mayo, cider vinager, sugar, lemon juice, and holy cow. Slathered on the chicken after taken off sf. Very tasty,
