I know...it's chicken with Holy Cow on it. Watched the dude from meat church do this. Spatchcocked two whole fryers. On the SmokeFire for 1.5 hour at 375, then another 15-20 at 425. Whipped up some Alabama bbq sauce. Mayo, cider vinager, sugar, lemon juice, and holy cow.  Slathered on the chicken after taken off sf. Very tasty,

I wholeheartedly approve of the Alabama sauce, although I prefer to dip.  Nice cook!

We'll I can't say I've ever heard of Alabama BBQ sauce. I'm going to have to whip some of that up next go round. Thanks for sharing, looks tasty!

Sauce recipe
4 cp Mayo
1/4 cp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp Holy Cow
I almost added some hot sauce to heat it up.
