Buncha meat in the offset
« on: May 15, 2021, 09:53:38 AM »
Not a Weber cook today... I also enjoy cooking on my offset BBQ pit (Lilyankee). Here's some pictures of today's cook. Beef brisket, pork shoulder, & pork belly for a birthday party tonight. Pictures were at time ofwrapping and should finish up mid-afternoon.

Lilyankee kicks some serious back side.

I love my stick burner too.
