Burgers on the Happy Cooker

American Wagyu 80/20 on the 22" HC. Kept it on cool side of 2 zone and added apple chips before searing. Smoked cheddar cheese went on. They were good but I really couldn't justify the price difference from standard 80/20 at the meat counter.

Nice, used to be my favorite food. The all American burger! Great job. Used to because i had bariatric surgery an can't eat it any more.
