I received a Santa Maria attachment for Christmas and it's become my favorite way to cook when I have some extra time. Chicken, steak, picanha all taste better over a wood fire! My grill buddy also likes to help with the "big fire."

That does look like fun, I would have to have a dedicated Black grill for wood fire cooking though. I bet the SSP makes it real stable too !
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

It is very stable and the main reason I use it. I recently grabbed a Red O Weber so that may become the Santa Maria grill going forward.
