It may not make a difference, but I  raise it up for less hotspots.
Probably unnecessary because of the double stainless flavorizer bars but I  do it anyway.

Prime NY strip from costco was last night’s dinner with a side of grilled broccoli. It was easily the juiciest and most tender steak I’ve ever had.
