Shrimp tacos and Mac n cheese poppers

I started off by grilling peppers and tomatoes on the genesis for fire roasted salsa. Then I made poppers stuffed with my wife’s leftover Mac and cheese. Something I’ve wanted to try for a long time.  Then i made a simple lime juice and oil slaw and then I grilled shrimp and cod in a perforated veggie pan on the kettle. The grilled shrimp tacos and the poppers were really good.

Wow Mac & cheese, bacon and jalapeno in one tubular finger food. I’ll have to try it.

Cheers to the shrimp tacos and roasted salsa too

Have you tried blackened shrimp or fish tacos? If not you need to give it try.

I used Tony’s on the cod and was hoping to get more color on them. I love blackened seafood but haven’t made it right. I looked up a few recipes last night and will definitely put top effort in next time.  The shrimp came out much better than the cod.
