Brisbane is my home. Come from Canada.
I have a gas 4 burner, and enjoy over or undercooking my food.
I own 0 Weber kettle bbq’s, but plan to change that, after indirect(?) cooking over charcoal (also with a piece of cherry wood) some red snapper at my friend’s across street.
Wow. Game changer for fish.
I would like to build it into a covered/enclosed table and workspace. Not a retrofit, but fresh build.
But that is a bit of a project so need to plan awhile.
