Smokey Sliders

Fired up my SmokeFire yesterday. Did Italian meatball, and Philly cheese steak sliders. Made my own meatball, with regular and spicy sausage. Smoked the put into maranara. Chopped beef, with onion green and orange bell pepper. Put about  cup and a half cheese in the cheese steak. Buttered Hawaiian rolls back on the SF for about 10 minutes. Sooo good.
