Grillmeister

Hello Forum Members,
I picked up this old '72 18 1/2 inch grill at an estate sale.  I believe I walked out with the best value at $25.  This kettle sat in the garage for at least 45 plus years.  It's in great shape.  With a new 18 1/2" grill to work with and tons of veggies coming off the garden, I decided to pick up an 18" wok.  The wok drops in nicely and allows heat to escape up the sides.  The coals really help keep the hot point at the bottom of the wok and we literally cooked down about 20 lbs of veggies on this particular day.  We cooked with fish sauces and chili sauces, changed up the varieties and only had to add extra charcoal once.  Too much fun if you ask me.
Cheers,
Grillmeister

Very cool.  Great deal on that little grill too!  I recently got a wok for mine too and need to try it out.  Thanks for sharing!
