I used my Slow and Sear yesterday for the first time to do Pork chops and Bourbon beans, man I love this thing! Everything turned out great I need to make a few changes, I started the charcoal in the basket not very ideal a chimney works better.

Looks good. I wish  Weber would come up with in-kitchen innovations. And, I don't mean a countertop indoor grill. I mean a permanent kitchen appliance, like a stove or fridge. That way I could Weber it up all year round. I mean Weber great products for outdoor kitchens.

What a great looking Performer Deluxe! I have to admit, your's looks better than mine. When I ordered the Crimson, I thought it was going to be redder, close to the classic Weber red kettle color. Sadly, it is more burnt orange. At the end of the day, through much therapy (alcohol), I've come to grips with it and have decided that when my 23 year-old son moves out into his own place, I will give him my 5 month-old Performer Deluxe and get one with a more appealing color. Until then, I will continue with my therapy and hope that one day I can find closure...
