Doing a little something with charcoal tonight. Been awhile since I pulled out the kettle
I get to use my new Dalstrong shogun series, 10" chefs knife. Just got it for my birthday....🥳

That's a good start, glad to hear you pulled the kettle out.
I'd like to see a a few pics when your finished cooking.

They turned out well.

Looks tasty!
I really like your Dalstrong shogun series 10" knife.

How long do you typically cook your tritip ?

bbqking01

About, 45-60 minutes. If I want it medium rare. Right at 45 minutes. Medium well, I do 60 minutes.

I do about 25 briquettes on each side of the drip pan. One small chunk of hickory on each side. Bottom and top vents fully open.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Thanks for the reply, I usually cook them for about 60-70 minutes.

I also recommend setting it out for an hour, or to room temp before grilling.
