I made some today with the peach-jalapeno. I combined about half a bottle with a stick of melted butter and multiple shakes of Crystal hot sauce. Toward the end, I glazed the wings a few times with the mixture. Before hitting the cooker, they were dusted with a mild rub from the local spice shop. I had wanted to cook them Hoosier-style on the WSM, but weather was a concern, so I cooked them on the SmokeFire. I liked the result.
