Just dry brined two chuck roasts...

...that I forgot to take the out of the freezer until last night. They're still partially frozen. Want to get them on around 9 a.m.

What could possibly go wrong...?

Burgers anyone?

Turned out great. They were fully thawed by next morning, wondering if the salt from the brine had an effect? It must have.
