I'm not coming back here as much as I'd like too.

Between everything else, isolation, kids, family, getting stuff done around the house and trying to keep content flowing on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Some forums get missed.

Anyway, here is a great cook of crispy pork belly seasoned with Lanes Q-Nami and their Honey Sriracha.
With some red Thai curry and some char grilled baby Bok Choy with Miso butter. Oh and an egg, cause I like eggs.

I air fried the pork belly for 24 hours, then used a jaccard all over the skin and sliced the skin into cubes.

I rubbed the flesh with the seasonings and allowed them to penetrate into the flesh for a few hours.

I roasted the belly at roughly 200c (392f) for 45 minutes in a pan with some chicken stock and then lowered the temp to around 170c (338f) for another half hour or so. Until the internal temp was 74c (165f)

I char grilled some baby bok choy with Miso butter directly over the charcoals for around 5 minutes each side.

I plated up with a Thia red curry past I made and finely sliced bok choy leaves with olive oil and lemon juice.

oh and a soft boiled egg as i love them.

Looks great! I've never tried soft boiled eggs, but I'm sure I would like them if i knew they were done correctly. Love your logo too!
