So my wife asked for pork tenderloin, corn on the cob and beans for Mother's Day. Two loins I did with McCormick garlic and herb seasoning. The other two did with Korean liquid marinade. Corn kind of was dry, but my wife  said it was a bad batch. Some had to be thrown out from worms...beans turned out good. Had some pasta salad from yesterday too,

Your're right! The corn looks like crap!

But, the rest looks great.

We've all been there. You win some, you lose some.

I'm not a big corn on the cob person, I tasted great, but I hate picking it out of my teeth. Besides, because of the "Corn Man." (aka Mexican corn street sellers) my family always slathers their corn with mayo, Parmesan cheese, and tapatio sauce....

I know grilled corn is popular but my family prefers boiled corn on the cob. Looking forward to in season corn and tomato's this year.

I need that bean recipe.

I gotta agree. That corn was junk before you started. But the PTL...Great pork work for sure!

This is one serving, most of the time I do more than one serving.
1lbs ground beef

1 Tbs dry mustard
1 tbs vinegar
2 tbs garlic salt
1 package real bacon bits
32 oz pork and beans undrained
