Roasted ribs with a twist.

Don't really make pizza very often so this lid will be used primarily for cooking direct over coals.  Probably more than half of all my cooks are direct so the lid should come in handy.  For this cook, i used less than half of coal that i typically use without the lid. The large opening on the lid provide more than sufficient exhaust but at the same time prevent excessively heat loss when compared without the lid.

Yeah I spun some ribs once. Loved the way they turned out. Only problem is you can only cook one...
