Chicken roulade

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs stuffed with sautéed garlic, onions, and mushrooms mixed with cream cheese, then rolled and trussed.  Cooked for about an hour indirect with lump and peach wood, served with roasted potatoes and spinach.  Thanks for looking!
