Safeway had loin back 1.97 lbs. picked up 3. Mustard binder, meat church honey hog/killer hog the bbq rub. On the sf for 3 hours at 300. Pulled off, used whole stick of butter 1/2 on each side. Added mambo sauce on meat side. Wrapped in foil, placed meat side down for 2 more hours, then opened foil for about 45 more, then pulled off. Let rest for 15 minutes and sliced. Turned out pretty good imo. Oh and I sprinkled holy voodoo when wrapping in foil.
