Shmeared with Duke's Mayo and coated with Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour.
No Vortex. No smoke. Lid temp around 400.

Oh I dunno...45 minutes maybe. I kept turning and moving them around.
It would have been easier with the Vortex but I wanted (needed) a cook where I was actually involved
