Looks delicious!  Did you have the chicken on the same amount of time?  How was it?  I haven't tried a truly low and slow chicken.

For fun I recommend you try out wings on the top rack and no water pan. They are the most tender juicy wings and the direct heat crisps the skin.

Yes, the chicken turned Awesome and was on the lower rack for the entire cook!!! I will try the wings without the water pan!!!
