Is that cooked medium? Looks perfect to me. If I cook my steaks to much toward the medium-rare side my wife doesn't eat it. And I think I prefer mine medium too, bit will eat a medium-rare no problem.

And I need one of those searing grates

I done did it. Ordered the combo tatonka dust and buffalo seasoning. I got the buffalo seasoning with my vortex a long time ago and have missed it since I ran out.
