Those are cool! Never even thought about doing something like that. Interested in price as well. It'd be fun to have a custom ring on my new crimson.

Edit to add... just saw the last message about being in Australia. Used to ship some tobacco pipe stuff back and forth to a friend there. Shipping is not pocket friendly!

I can help with using CAD software to make a 3D printer file for these, I would need pretty precise measurements of the diameters and also position and size of the lugs to attach. Would be easy if I have hands on those wheels but I am currently using a performer that have different style wheels.

If someone needs 8" wheels to make the design I currently have some older style 8" and the new style 8" wheels that aren't currently being used on a kettle.  I would be happy to send them out as long as arrangements were made for me to buy some white walls and have the wheels returned.  Just let me know.
