Hanging Chicken

Whole chicken in the 18"WSM. 1st time trying it this way. Turned out great. 2hrs cook time. The 1st 1.5hrs I had the water bowl in as a heat defector, then removed for the last 30min.

Nice.. Now you got me wanting a barrel smoker. How much difference is it from rotisserie kettle smoking., taste, appearance difference??
