The knob that turns the gas bottle on and off has become will not turn.  Has anyone had this problem, if so, how did you remedy the problem.  Thanks

I've come across that problem on a couple of Performers I picked up to flip. Prices on both were discounted as the sellers stated the gas assist didn't work. I freed them up by using a pair of channel locks on them. They worked fine after that.   My guess is that it's caused by folks turning them off to aggressively.

I sprayed penetration oil, letting set awhile.  Will try channel locks if oil doesn't work  Thanks
