So this might be a stupid question, does the triangle keep falling out of the front leg of my grill due to wobbly legs? Is the fix just using aluminum foil or aluminum cans to wedge in the leg sockets to help tighten up the legs?

If the triangle is installed correctly, and everything is solid, it shouldn't fall out due to wobbly legs. Do you have a front leg socket that is bent out a bit?  That could be what's causing it then.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn't?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I've amassed a nice collection, but I'm missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Check the front leg connection might be broken or bent out of shape
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

It would not surprise me, looking at it seems like the back legs move back away from the front leg a bit when its standing up. Like there is alot of play in the sockets.  Would shimming the back legs help you think?

Wouldn't hurt to try shimming the back legs

I have a 26" that had the same problem.  The hole on the front leg was elongated after many years and the front of the triangle would always fall out.  I flipped the leg over and drilled a new hole for the triangle point.
