Cooked some steak fajitas using my smokey joe and a cast iron skillet.  Fantastic...nuff said!

Try as I might I can't find anything wrong with that meal. Great looking cook and another reason to have a SJ and some CI Pans.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!
