Dino ribs on a Glen
« on: August 12, 2019, 04:53:50 AM »
Cherry smoked plate ribs on my Glen Blue tonight. Hands down my favorite cut to smoke.

Ran around 250°-275° with a Slow n Sear for about 6 hours, no wrap. But the real champions here are the daisy wheels for the perfect temp control.

Was very please with the smoke ring on these as well!

Looks awesome, can't beat a 3 wheeler for low temp cooking, and a Glen Blue to boot !
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Anyone else notice that thin blue smoke out of the lid vent? That is perfection!  Beautiful grill and ribs.

Looks fantastic!
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.
