Started with garlic flavoured olive oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika powder for the rub. Turned it up on high for about 1hr then the other hr on low with some cherry for smoke. Half hour in on the low i put the veggies on. Asparagus and small broccoli with the garlic olive oil drizzle. Such a good feed while on holidays at the coast.
